Dr. Shin and his staff were incredibly considerate, thorough, and timely during an emotional dental referral. They were helpful with looking into and explaining dental insurance benefits and related costs, what was happening with my tooth, and what the best options would be. I appreciated the kind bedside manner and skill and would highly recommend them to anyone!

They are the most dishonest Dental Office I ever came in contact with. They gave me a price for a root canal over the phone, I confirmed the price before I went in for the exam and they still charged much more they said it would be. I used Insurance but they wanted to keep all the insurance money. I had to fight to get my money back and they still kept $ 75. I will not go back to these crooks. The Office is in Maitland, Dr Sang Y Shin, his wife is the manager.

To Future Patients of Dr. Sang Shin, Having identified a highly competent dental practice; my dentist Dr. Drew Byrnes referred me to the practice of Endodontic Associates of Orlando, P.A. My family had always been fortunate with our own father as a general dentist so one can understand the priority of my parents and siblings for taking extra care of our teeth. I found Dr. Shin as an extraordinary, highly competent root canal specialist as he thoroughly examined my mouth touching upon areas outside the surgery he was about to perform. This superior care is reflective of a dental specialist that goes beyond standard treatment. My surgery was not only successful with Dr. Shin, but he enlightened me with further in-depth information of the existing issues of my mouth. I am comfortable with anyone who may be contemplating using this Specialist who may have further questions. This was the best dental experience of my life! Everyone was so caring and helped with my anxiety about the procedure. I walked out of the office with no pain after a week of an relentless tooth ache. Dr. Shin explained everything to me and continued to ask if I was o.k. during the entire procedure. I highly recommend him and his team. As a person who has had high anxiety regarding dental visits, I was put at ease throughout my entire visit.

My experience at the office of Dr. Shin was beyond what I expected. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. I was referred from my regular dentist to Dr. Shin for my constant, dull, sinus like pain along my cheek bone. I thought that all root canal specialists are board certified but I was told that Dr. Shin is the only board certified root canal specialist in Winter Park. I was suffered for a long time with my sinus problems and I even got a sinus surgery from ENT doctor that the surgery did not clear my problems. Dr. Shin took 3D X-ray and found out that my sinus problems were from my dead tooth. I could understand and visualize my sinus problems with his 3D scan showing me more than any normal x-ray could. Dr. Shin was sitting right next me in front of 3D screen to explain to me in detail about my condition. I knew exactly why I was in pain and what I needed to do to correct it. I got root canal therapy in two visits for clearing up infection in my sinus. My recall radiographic images showed complete healing of my sinus floor and I am absolutely pain free now. Dr. Shin is very kind and knowledgeable. More than anything, I can breathe normally through my nose now.
